Village Heated Flow

This vinyasa flow is powerful and designed to connect breath to movement! Vinyasa is a mindful, fluid practice that allows you to move through each posture with intention. The studio is 90 degrees, which helps create a detoxifying sweat that stimulates blood circulation and increases flexibility.

This practice begins with a warm-up leading to the vinyasa flows (a challenging burn designed to push you to your personal edge), moves to holding standing and balancing poses to build heat and strength, to a relaxing cool down to increase flexibility and finishes with savasana and a cool eucalyptus towel for your forehead. You will leave sweaty but feeling strong, refreshed, relaxed and immediately ready to book your next class.

Beginners are welcome and encouraged. Modifications will be given to varying levels. Every class will vary depending on the teacher's individual style, so each class is unique.

Village Slow Flow

This class is practiced in a warm (not hot) room and is a more basic version of our heated flow. You will move more slowly through vinyasa flows with a focus on optimal alignment for standing and balancing postures. This class will improve awareness, strength, flexibility, balance and core strength. Each class varies depending on the teacher's style. This is a great class for beginners and for advanced students who want to slow their practice down.

Restorative Yoga

A gentle practice that focuses on relaxation. Through a series of carefully curated poses, often supported by props like bolsters and blankets, restorative yoga aims to release tension and stress from the body while promoting a sense of inner calm. The practice encourages long, passive holds in supported postures, allowing the body to fully relax, leading to increased circulation, improved flexibility and reduced muscle soreness.

Hot 26/2

A set sequence of 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises that help improve flexibility, balance and strength. Class is 60 minutes and heated to approximately 94-96 degrees. This class is great for beginners and advanced students alike.

Yin Yoga

A style of yoga that targets deep connective tissues through a series of intentional postures that are held for several minutes each. The slower approach allows your fascia, ligaments and deep tissues to release. Yin is suitable for beginners, advanced students and even those working with  injuries. You will leave feeling completely relaxed and nurtured.

Village All Levels Flow

A warm flow designed for beginners, as well as experienced yogis. Movement meets breath to improve awareness, strength, flexibility, balance, core strength and relaxation.
